小型犬の前十字靭帯断裂に対してCORA Based Leveling Osteotomyで対応を行なった。 Mini-ArthrotomyによりPartially Medial Meniscectomyを実施。Center of Rotationを決定後、R9mmのDome Osteotomyを実施、3.5mm Rotationの後、 2.0 Titanium Locking Plateで強固な固定術を実施。
